A. The administration of the Members is vested in the Council.

B. The Council shall transact the business of the Church; make provisions
for the preparation of the budget for the members as well as for our
Church's Mission and other benevolent purposes; distribute the budgeted
funds of the members; audit the financial accounts and make complete and accurate record of its proceedings; be the custodian of all member records; and report at the annual and any special meetings. They shall submit any or all records when occasion requires.

C. The Council shall request the Pastor to keep complete record of baptisms, confirmations, membership, receptions of new members, transfers, marriages and deaths.

D. The Council is composed of members who are nominated and voted for by the members.

E. Organization of the Council: President, Vice President, Secretary, Financial Reporting Treasurer and its Council Members.
